30 days is Way Too long to receive my order. No one could give me an update. Was told it was “white glove delivery and setup” but all they did was plug it in and leave it on the floor in the box. Said they weren’t supposed to set it up. Nothing but the run around every time I spoke with seller. Wouldn’t recommend.

I had to end up driving 2 hours to pick this TV up after 3 weeks of waiting. Person I talk to at ielectrica on the phone said what he had to say to make me feel better at a time and also said I was going to get some sort of refund or discount. But I have not been contacted since.. honestly the only good thing I can say is the price was the absolute lowest anywhere

Nothing wrong with seller. Issue lies with their shipping company. Rushed to get the tv out as fast as possible and plug it in so they can leave. They threw the box on the floor not realizing a lot of the accessories were attached to the box.
