The delivery was not good as the first Fedex notice never happened, I had to call and ask what happened and then the shipping dept re sent the tv resulting in my having to take 2 days off from work to meet up with the FedEx delivery driver.

The product was extremely low quality. A DVD player that failed within 10 days right in the middle of playing a DVD. I waited three days to receive an answer to my request for a refund. In the meantime I threw the unit away. After initially telling me they would give me a refund, they said that since I couldn't return it (why would they want a unit that didn't work) NO REFUND. That's the last time I'll buy ANYTHING from them.
