I sent a parcel to Italy and after putting the commodity codes in I was told their would be no custom charges. Only for my friend to be charged over £60 customs fee in her country. Don't send gifts to EU countries via this service.
Rate was miles cheaper than all other quotes.very fair in the circumstances Courier collected when stated within 2 hour time slot. Then delivered to Denmark on day promised within 4 hour time slot. Could not ask for better service All worked OK. Quite impressed it was the first time I have used them. Parcel was bigger than some couriers would handle as well
I wanted to send non-perishable food to my son in USA but all the usual freight agents/couriers have banned all foodstuffs this year. I found WPS (who almost uniquely have a real person answering their helpline) online & a very helpful lady said they do successfully make such deliveries, so in desperation I gave them a go. I booked on Tuesday evening, DHL collected my parcel on Wednesday & it was delivered on Friday afternoon. An absolutely brilliant service!

This was my first time using this company.I send parcels to family in Norway all the time and always looking for a good price. This service was cheaper than all other quotes from companies i had previously used. A first class service using DHL,picked up 1430 on Friday delivered to address in Stavanger the following Thursday.Digital online customs clearance no need for printed copies attached to the parcel. All round good and easy service to use.

Audio mixer to Spain total consignment was 70Kg in two flightcases. Collection was supposed to be tues 8th but the wrong vehicle was sent for collection. After a phone call to WPS this was resolved and the consignment was collected the following day. Shipment cleared customs and was delivered on the 18th. Service was reliable and price was good, thanks.

It takes way too long for the parcel to be delivered, first they gone print your label probably wrong, so you can pay another fee, then after all the checks another fee which probably is going to be twice as big as the original quote that you paid before the parcel was collected.

Non collection, terrible customer service, weren’t prepared to resolve. Rebooked another day and then they send an email saying not prepared to ship order? Abysmal customer service

Despite an initial glitch of discovering that the chosen Courier was no longer delivering to the required Country, they dealt efficiently and helpfully with the back up plan, immediately paid back a refund for the change of service and kept in constant touch.
I use WPS all the time to ship between Italy and N Ireland (and vice versa). They are consistently the cheapest and the courier in use is DHL so, very good. Tracking is excellent.
