So, I got a policy with them back in November. I tried to submit a claim with them, and they sent me to collinson? Their underwriter? I'm based in Ireland. If I had known, Collinson was the underwriter, I would have not bought this policy. They got a horrible reputation, and they are basically useless. Anyhow. To make the story short. I submitted a claim, it's been over a month and there is not conclusion. I mean, do they think, a month waiting time is something normal? Maybe they do. Extremely unreliable company. Not recommended.
So, I got my policy with world nomads, around November 3, I had my trip. 13-20 of November, and I submitted a claim with them around November 23. Well.. It's December 23 that's over a month and the last time that I've heard back from them is around December 3rd. So, far they haven't finished the review of my claim. There's no updates or communication what so ever. It feels like they ghosted me. Yeah, I mean I had a pretty standard claim with them, under 1k euro. They can't even handle that. Maybe is the holidays and they are busy? Who knows. Not recommended at all.

Dont know about reporting or claims but so far it seemed very easy... but maybe too easy. I feel like I may be at risk because I don't know about coverages for specific activities of my trip. I think a few more questions regarding specific details of a trip would bring me more peace of mind knowing that I bought the right product for my trip
