He comprado 12 gorras. Las viseras están deformadas y mal cosidas, algunas giradas. Queda un aspecto totalmente deforme. Pedí las gorras para hacer bordados y ahora no llegaré a tiempo por un pedido de gorras amorfas. Jamás he comprado gorras antes en ese estado. Totalmente decepcionante y pérdida de dinero. Por favor, revisad el estado del producto antes de enviarlo o no intentéis colarlo porque es un verdadero fastidio. Espero podamos solucionar este problema de manera sencilla y recibir un pedido de un producto bien acabado sin tener que añadir más costes. -- "Mis expectativas" eran unas gorra bien hechas como las compro en cualquier tienda, no deformadas y que no puedo usar. Gracias por contactar, ya he respondido dentro de plazo y quedo a la espera de poder recibir unas gorras normales. Gracias de nuevo

Following up to get a refund on the paid package they could not hand me over during their communicated timeslot, Wordans keeps replying next to the question asked and remains responding late with no solution provided for the questions asked. Llamadas al teléfono de atención al cliente que no contestan y emails sin respuesta. NO RECOMIENDO BAJO NINGÚN CONCEPTO la compra a través de esta plataforma. Pues de momento no se ha puesto nadie en contacto conmigo... y el material sigue sin llegar y sin tener noticias!!! Y suerte que el material estaba en STOCK!!!!!!!!!!!!! QUE VERGUENZA!!!!! SEGUIMOS SIN TENER NOTICAS DEL PEDIDO..... HAN TRANSCURRIDO 8 DÍAS DESDE EL PAGO..... ES UNA ESTAFA !!!!!!!! NO COMPREIS EN ESTA WEB. TRANSCURRIDOS 15 días.. AUN NO TENEMOS NOTICIAS DEL PEDIDO.
