Zum wiederholten Male wurden die bestellten und in voller Höhe bezahlten Bauteile gecancelt und zu einem höheren Preis angeboten. In einem Fall wurde selbst nach Zahlung eines Aufschlages der Artikel storniert. Die Rückzahlung dauert sehr lange. Meine Empfehlung nicht dort kaufen. Abzocker!!!

Friendly yet professional service provided in under 2 days of my request. Quick and efficient parts finding solutions. My only down point is that our timezones are polar opposites on the globe, they still managed to provide a fast follow-up to my questions.
Win-Source often have scarce parts in stock, and are mindful of the quality of the parts that ship. The staff are friendly and care about their work. It's best to check with a sales rep for your orders as often the stock or pricing shown is out of date.
Dishonest. After ordering parts and paying for them in full, I was notified a week later that the parts had gone up in price 4x, and I would need to pay the higher price. I declined. On another order, one month after payment I emailed to ask when the parts would ship and was told that in fact they didn't have the stock so they would have to refund me. Finding this suspicious, I requested a quote for the same part from a different email address and was given a price 3x what I paid and was told they have plenty in stock and ready to ship in 2-3 days. Very dishonest business, steer clear. In addition to these ordering issues, a colleague discovered that an old order from Winsource has used a fake humidity card in which none of the levels had triggered even after the bag had been sitting open for months.

Bait and switch. The website states $2.50 for an part with thousands in stock, after emailing for a quotation, the price suddenly jumps to $26.00 per part.
Exceptional response time to RFQ's. Very quickly learn if parts are available so action can be taken accordingly.
The total shutdown of your company over your New Years caused some grief due to the hold up on shipments, otherwise things were fine.

As a US based buyer, we've had an overall good experience with Win-source. We place orders with them almost every day. Our rep is very helpful, quotes come back quickly and orders ship out very quickly after payment clears. Communication about shipments and tracking numbers is good. Components arrive in perfectly good condition, well packaged. I highly recommend customers request a quote, rather than place an order directly online, as prices may change.
