I purchased a second hand Dacia sanderro stepway at the end of January. The car had a fault and was missing all the time that was fixed and the car is fine. When I gave them the car it had 4 floor mats with black and red stitching and when I got it back it had 3 black and red floor mats and 1 grey. I spoke to Casey in the service department and she said she would get me some new ones. I collected them and as it was raining I decided to fit them the next day. When I tried to fit them I realised they were for a left hand drive car. So I rang Casey and she said she would get me some new ones. I have rang twice this week and have been told she was busy and she would ring me back. I have heard nothing. I have decided never to use Wilson’s ever again as they are useless

Wilsons Epsom provided quick and careful advice on how each stage of the purchase process worked. Lucy Marman was particularly helpful in making the handover work smoothly, by completing the registration process with DVLA, and also the 7-day insurance provided by Stellantis, so that we were able to drive the car away in good time.

I took my Nissan juke for its 1st service at Wilson’s Epsom . On arrival it was quite busy, I was greeted by a very nice young lady who was very polite and helpful. The lady explained what the service would be and how long it would take, and as it wasn’t too long I waited. There were refreshments available and clean pleasant seating area to wait. I waited approximately 1hr 40 mins. Was then given the paperwork with all details of the service. My car was also washed and foot wells in the front hoovered out. Overall I was pleased with my service and the customer care given by the Nissan staff. I also was sent a video message of the visual service by Nicole Rollins.

Subah was very helpful, knowledgeable and helped with all of our needs. He explained everything so well. He had a great understanding of mobility vehicles.

Fabulous service from Greg at Wilson’s. The wait for a brand new car can be tedious but Greg kept me informed throughout. Nothing was too much trouble for any queries I had and Greg was always on the other end of the phone to answer any questions I had I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wilson’s and their fabulous array of vehicles to purchase. Being in a wheelchair can be frustrating when looking to make purchases but the sheer size of Wilson’s makes that task easy. I was treated with the exact same courtesy and professionalism. I will be recommending Wilson’s to all my friends and family and in particular, Greg Fox, a real asset to Wilson’s.
