My husband picks my order up on his way home from work. It is always ready for him to collect; supplies are alway good quality and are securely packed. There's a varied selection of goods to choose from and the web site is user friendly. If you do get stuck there is generally someone on the end of the phone to help you out.

The delivery service was very quick - delivered the next day. A email was sent to tell me within 2 hours when the delivery was due. The product was the cheapest I could find on the web. The delivery cost was expensive and increased the price to more than I could buy it locally. Perhaps a cheaper delivery service should be investigated next day delivery in my case wasn't necessary. This would make it more competitive and encourage me to buy again.

Very prompt delivery and was only one hour outside notified delivery time. Good website and product was best value for money found on internet. Only drawback is that the expiry date of the goods is within 2 months and as I ordered enough for 6 months it will probably be off before I can use it all. Will still use company again though.

The website was advertising an offer of Fatballs with Standard Wildbird Food, in a yellow box, which I clicked to order. Upon arrival, no fat balls were present. I may have made a mistake with my order but, if so, the site was not clear about the offer or the alternatives. The order did arrive the next morning (to my surprise) which is excellent.

Ordering was simple and easy. Products of a high quality and very reasonably priced for such quality. Customer service second to none. Delivery was fast and efficient with my order arriving exactly on time and I was kept informed throughout. Excellent company.

Lots to choose from ... almost too much! Arrived next day so birds were never hungry! Would be even better if there was a suggestion as to how long a quantity might last (I know it depends on the number of birds) but I have two sacks of Nyger seeds for 3 goldfinches, and I didn't get enough dried worms for the voraciousness of 3 robins, 2 wagtails, 6 starlings, 3 blackbirds, 2 magpies and 2 of the avian version of vacuum cleaners, namely ducks!
