Exellent product and price. My problem would be delivery product arrived at glasgow depot 7.32 am. I assumed it would be delivered that day and stayed in as signature required came next day at 3 pm. I would like to know exact day I am 9mls from glasgow on main route.

I have ordered several times from Wild bird direct and have paid the lowest prices I could find for really good quality. I have found the deal on the universal food dishes was first class, has saved a lot of mess and has given a new feeding place for the local thrush. I have in the past had to release one blue tit from a fat ball mesh, its tiny talons had locked around the line. I put it in my hat as it hung upside down where it was calm and warm and then I released its foot and then opened my hat and it flew away. I now tear off the mesh and put the fat balls in a feeder or crush them up for the ground feeding birds.

Communication and response is vital for me. I run my own company, and I know how frustrating poor service can be, and how common it is. This company gets it right every time - well done. I would recommend to anyone - both price and service are 5 star. One observation - there is something in the Spring/Summer Essential Mix that our avian visitors throw all over the garden - 95% of it is eaten ok, but the waste is very messy.

Good service ; quality products NB has there not been a recent appeal NOT to use the little plastic-netted food balls: birds have been found trapped in the mesh.

I ordered a bulk of wild bird food and received it within 2 days. This was just before xmas too. Absolutely fantastic value for bird food and i was able to buy bigger packets from here at a price anywhere else online/instore would charge for half the weight. I would definately use this website again when my supply of bird food runs out. Glad i stumbled upon this company.

Prices competiitive, v good choice of birdfood for all situations, quick delivery, but most of all, really excellent, helpful and friendly customer service. So much more rewarding to feed the birds what they want and need, and watch them gobble it all up, not just throw out the cheapest old stuff from local garden centres etc they dont like much... I attract a huge variety of birds now! (yellowhammers, reed buntings, pheasants who gobble up masses, and every kind of bird I could imagine) - even moorhens wander up several times a day and of course rabbits and other wild animals (some not so welcome) chomp away too! Only Crit - can packaging be any more mouse/rat resistant? Prob not at price....

I'm looking to buy cheaper food which the wild life will ignore and therefore I am not responsible for filling it up..... But seriously their product is a quality product and I am happy to pay.

Have ordered twice from WBD and on both occasions the items have arrived promptly and value for money is good. On one occasion, I had the wrong peanuts sent (I ordered premium, but received ordinary), but the follow up from WBD was prompt and efficient and I was credited immediately with the difference in price. I would certainly use them again

i WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE YOU GAVE,BUT UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE JUST BEEN TO A LOCAL SUPPLIER AND BOUGHT WILD BIRD SEED FOR £9.OO FOR 12 AND A HALF KILOS BUT WITHOUT POST AND PACKAGE IT IS STILL A BIT CHEAPER. REGARDS RON
