Although I cannot fault the product and the communications the one thing I found against them was their carrier who did not deliver: first time went to the wrong address, next although I was told that he would re-deliver the same day to our address, he never did and the parcel was left stranded at the depot because he had not bothered to let his boss know about his failure to deliver. BUT thanks to Wild Bird Direct who tried their best the goods were eventually delivered. BUT A BIG NO NO TO THEIR CARRIER who never even attemtped to find out about the problem which I informed them I had by email!

Delivered the next day, a great mix of both seed and suet. The birds adore your feed.

Great choice of feed, reasonable prices, brilliant delivery service, postage a bit steep but seed was heavy and delivery was trackable and delivered within the specified hour ! Different seed mixes recieved are all good , going down a treat, I will be back !

Not only had emails to acknowledge order but also day of delivery and even what time of day! Ordered on Saturday delivered Tuesday. Food is excellent quality both food and feeding accessories very good value. Overall very good service. Think postage is a little steep - £5.99 regardless of size - great if you place a large order, but not if only small order.

It was very easy site to use which was a good start. The order was made on the Saturday and by theMonday evening it was delivered as stated. Didn't need to make any contact our selves because we got up dated by e-mail. Which made it a good service.
