Had pre-sales questions and was surprised no one answered phone call. But response to email to give me a call was quick and answered all my questions. They shipped quickly exactly as promised and unit got here earlier than expected even with holidays. Happy with purchase and experience.
I sent a total of 3 or 4 quote requests via email to Whitaker Brothers and my messages were unanswered. After many failed attempts, I got tired and order the items online myself with a credit card. It's too bad that I have to go through them due to my shredder or otherwise, I'd love to give my business elsewhere. Also one of my colleague was rudely yelled at when she called for service on her shredder.
I placed my order on Thursday night, December 10, 2015. The folder was delivered by UPS on Tuesday, December 15, 2015. I received my notification email from Whitaker that my order was shipped on Thursday, December 17, 2015. Two days after the order was delivered.
Customer service went above and beyond helping me identifying my needs and fitting me with the proper machine. I got to test out my letter folder last week and LOVED it! Thanks for the recommendation.

If there are any questions regarding your purchase, the company will take the time to contact you in order to resolve those questions. Whitaker had the best price by far on the web, fast shipping and excellent communication. I can't say much more than it was a 5 star experience. Shredder is very quite compared to our last model so now we'll see if it really can handle 42 sheets at one time? We do push the limit around here! The bag mounting could have been a little better thought out but I'm sure we will get used to it. I will defiantly add Whitaker Brothers to my list of quality company's.

ordered a Martin Yale 1501X, to replace our 15 year old one on Monday. The unit was shipped directly from the manufacturer the following day and had it by Friday. Being a church the folder is very important especially as the Holiday Season approaches. Good job Whitaker Bros. Would recommend.
