I ordered a folding machine online from them. It was pretty easy. I was surprised when I received a phone call from them checking to see if the order I made was correct, which it was. He told when it would be delivered and it came on day as promised. It's a great machine. This was the first time I've ordered from them. They had the best price and great service.
