I have not received the order yet but it was simple and painless. My order was placed on Tuesday and should arrive on Friday, I appreciate the quick service. I requested a call regarding the shipping and received call the same day. i found them to be very informative and understanding.
Transaction was smooth. Customer rep on phone was excellent. Delivery was fast and I received product as expected. It would be better if on your website, more specifications were made available, for example: - dimensions: 0.5 x 0.5 x 22.5" - with knobs at either ends. - picture of real product instead of generic and misleading picture. I almost went to a different vendor because of lack of info on the product on your website. Luckily, I called and was given info on the phone that I needed to make the purchase.

Ordered a product at a good price but the product was not available and has been back ordered. Received an email from the account manager a few days later who informed me about the situation which was helpful. However the product is at least two weeks out of not longer and I am considering paying more to get the product sooner from someone that has it in stock.

I purchased a paper folder and when it arrived, the factory settings didn't work. Customer service worked with Martin Yale and kept me informed all along the way through the whole process of shipping it back and getting a replacement. No hassles, even when some delays took place on my side. They definitely had the best price, and free shipping, but I had never purchased a paper folder before, nor worked with anyone in this industry, so I wasn't sure how to choose other than price. Turns out I didn't make a mistake by choosing the lowest price.
I ordered a paper jogger on-line from Whitaker Brothers and received an email confirmation of the order and it stated I would receive the shipping confirmation when it shipped. After 5 business days and no shipping confirmation, I called to check on the status of the order. After being transferred, I was told that I needed to check with the on-line order dept. and then was hung-up on.
i had to get three quote for the paper folder that we bought. Whitaker was easy to find and navigate, the description of the item was concise, the price was the best. Shipping was free and efficient and the item works as stated. Basically, my choice felt like a "no brainer".

We were in need of a new paper folder as our old one kept leaving creases. We looked around at other vendors and this was the most affordable and easiest it seemed. The paper folder arrived extremely quickly. The only weird thing was that the machine arrived prior to the status changing to shipped. I'm not sure if that was a computer error or what. We will be using it this week to send out some mailings!
