I ordered a changing towel and the next day I had an email apologising that they didn't actually the one I ordered in stock. They showed me alternatives or a free upgrade but in the same colour. I wasn't keen on the other colours so I got the free upgrade in the same colour and they sent the following day. Great customer service and great quality towel! Definitely recommend 👌
