I ordered a 5mm suit for my wife and got the wrong size, free and fast return (collected from my house). I had to do this twice as could not find the right size suit, the team were brilliant with advice and finally got a great suit and excellent price and value. :)

I ordered 5mm dry boots and they arrived on time. The quality was excellent but unfortunately they were not quite wide enough for my feet. My feet are fairly wide. The return was straight forward and the refund was made promptly.
