The company uses Dpd local who give you a 1 hour time slot who then don't even bother to try and deliver even though your at home,I contacted Webster tools twice during Friday afternoon with a promise that someone would ring me back which no one did, I rang on a third time at 5.30 and a machine message says they are closed until Tuesday, Dpd would not redeliver until Monday morning they didn't really care that I was loosing money and needed the tool for work! I've cancelled my order with them as I'd rather order my tools with a company who can actually ring you back if there is a problem. I'd be embarrassed if my employees treated my customers in that way.
