Lucky the engine came in one piece the packaging was awful it was just a cardboard box with a couple of air bags thrown in, the engine had broken through the box lucky it wasn't the fuel tank or air box side it would have been smashed. The price and turn around time was great just the packing needs sorting.
I ordered from this site as it stated despatched next day. I have had confirmation of my order but no confirmation that it has been dispatched. The item has not arrived and it is 5 days since I ordered. I sent an email but Have not received a response. There is no tracking link on my receipt. I was off work so could receive the item if it had been despatched as advertised. I should have gone elsewhere

Excellent machine at a very good price, my only problem I found with the service was that I was unaware that my order was not processed soon enough to enable next day delivery. I was not informed of when it would be delivered, it was delivered without any notification, good job I was at home.

It was difficult to speak to anyone who deals with online orders.
Ordered on a saturday for next day delivery, assuming it would be monday. Had to chase the order on the wed and the fri to be told it would not arrive until mon, 10 days after I ordered it. Not arrived yet so can’t review the welder but on a plus it was £30 cheaper than any other retailer I could find.
