I couldn’t recommend enough. Communication is incredible and so easy to call and talk to someone. Anyways so helpful and I’m very happy with the service provided. They definitely go above and beyond.

The bin on the contract and the one sent are different then the one agreed. Do not trust them and check.

Repeated requests to have issues escalated get ignored. The call handlers themselves are good but there is no escalation and no refunds even collections missed. It’s at arms length from the actual contractors and you never get a straight answer that comes true. I feel sorry for the call handlers but the contractor management needs to improve.

Avoid this Telemarketing company charging us double what such as biffa does after stating weekly costs for weekly collection then charging the same for fortnightly with huge cancellation fees seen no where else BEWARE

Failed to collect my clinical waste for month's and month's. It's still sat there sticking in a cupboard after multiple attempts to contact. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY. DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACTS WITH THEM! It's daylight robbery. £370 to cancel the contract. Worst company I've ever dealt with.

BE CAREFUL. Don’t sign a contract with this company. It will cost you £510 to cancel even when they have failed to collect as in the agreement. The customer service refused to discuss missed collections without payment being re established especially since it was stopped due to non-collection

Spoke to your call centre guy explained to him what a wanted to know about my next pick up date for my glass bin. He said he would phone me back in 5 minutes. And bang on 5 he phoned me. Problem solved

Paul was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I’ve dealt with other companies who have not had answers or who have not tried to get them for me. It’s very clear that Paul knows his stuff and cares deeply about the job he does- even calling on a day off to assist me. I’m very happy with the service.

I made a contract on decemder 2023 with Waste Managed, and the problems started from the first day. We had a call with their staff and clarified everything (I thought) and I signed the contract. After a short time, I realised that they will invoice collecting the waste bin at the end of the contract and it was £78. It was for collecting their bin which they have to collect. When I realised it, I wanted to cancel the contract and called them. Their staff told me that I can cancel it but pay a compensation which is nearly 50% more than the annual cost, and he added “If you cancel the contract, I call your city council and tell them that you don’t have a certificate”. I didn’t want to waste my time and energy for those kimd of people, and cancel the contract, and decided to cancel auto renewal. In october, I sent them an email and told that I don’t want to renew the contract. One of their staff called me told that he cancelled the auto renewal, and the contract will terminate on November. November passed and they didn’t collect their waste bin and sent an invoice for the service which is 50% more than the monthly cost. I emailed them and asked why they’ve sent an invoice for an ended service/contract, theb one of them called me and told that auto renewal hasn’t processed, so he will keep an eye on process this time to be sure that it is cancelled. After a time, they sent an email for another invoice and a document to sign. There was no explanation why was that document is for. I emailed them again and asked why that is for, and learned that it is for continuation to their service. A few minutes ago, I received one more invoice from them. I think they sent invoices when they want, without an explanation. Tomorrow, I’ll go to citizens advice with the contract, emails and the invoices. I see that they won’t stop their service whatever I do and invoice as much as they want. Beware of this company. I have never leaved a situation like this and never saw a conpany that threatens its customer.

We have started our business in November and since day 1 we were with WasteManaged company. They have horrible customer service team even bad collection team. Decided to leave them and break the contract.

Update, never Sighn a contract with this company until you read all the reviews. I made this big mistake and now I have to go through all the hassle unfortunately. This company is an scam
