Reassuring customer service. They initially called me when I was away from home and called me back as agreed. Really helpful, took time to explain options and thorough in responding to my queries. Spoke to both direct debit and contract departments on a single call, negating the need for a second call at a later time. Updated contract signed during call and no further action required. Job done!

This is worst service I ever got, nothing is organised we had too many mis collections even after reporting it several times and I had to pay other collection agents to clear the general waste. Our collection frequency is 2 times all the bins in a week which rarely happens. The customer service is not helpful and they charge full invoice even after they miss collections.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by [Waste Managed ]Not only did they fail to collect my waste as scheduled, but their customer service is absolutely appalling. I tried contacting them multiple times to resolve the issue, but their staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and provided no real solutions. It's frustrating to pay for a service that isn't delivered, and even more frustrating to deal with a company that clearly doesn't value its customers. This is not the first time this has happened, and it's clear that they lack professionalism and reliability. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for waste management service.

You can reply all you like, I am right, you are wrong. I never ever once agreed to a contract and I didn't sign anything. 75kg over my limit the other month 75kg. I literally have 1 or 2 bins of general waste from me. Yes me. Only me! The bin must of been full to brim of water to be that heavy it's only small. Do not speak to these scammers on the phone ever! All I did was shop about on a comparison site. Worst thing I ever did. I didn't even want this bin after reading terms and conditions and before bin was even sent to me I said no I do not want it. And they hadn't even done paperwork but still forced me to have it. But because of the phone call I had supposedly agreed to a year contract @ £40 a month. Literally maximum 3 bins a month with light waste from lunch an general stuff and only 2 collections month. They constantly over charge me for over weight last month I was 75kg over weight supposedly and it had 2 bin bags in it. I even caught them scam me by camera taking 1 bin out of my bin and charged me 40kg over weight so I sent that directly to them. I'm absolutely sick of this company, I was scammed and conned into taking the contract I didn't want. It sounded great when I initially spoke to them but assumed I had to physically sign stuff before going ahead (I've still never signed anything). I fight it tooth an nail and in the end I just gave in an just accepted the fact I've been scammed. I really really really wish I didnt but my brain and body cannot take it. Even after that phone call I'm told Then forced £400 odd quid to cancel something I didn't agree too. I really really really wish I never bothered answering the phone. Single dad with anxiety trying to be genuine and do the right thing by getting a bin. They are actually stealing food from my daughter's mouth!!!!! It's just me on my own in a rotting overpaid rented shack and I'm constantly conned by this joke of a company! Joke, avoid like the plague!!! If I could give negative stars I genuinely would! I've still never signed anything but I'm still forced to pay and over pay at that!!! I HATE YOU WASTE MANAGED!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope you all rot in hell!!!!!!

I had an account query and Georgia was very quick at helping me with this. The mobile app chat feature was a little frustrating as I could not see what I was typing. The box I was typing in was hidden underneath the keyboard.
