We have helped tens of thousands of people to better manage their energy use and live warmer, happier, healthier lives. We were founded in 2015 as a joint venture partnership between Energy Saving Trust, Changeworks and Everwarm. Since then, we have supported more than 35,000 households in Scotland as the Managing Agent of the Scottish Government’s national fuel poverty scheme, Warmer Homes Scotland. first the work carried out was professional and sympathetic to our needs. second the after care service is second to none. and last inspection care service was excellent. we are very happy with our new system and can feel the difference already. Excellent customer service. Very patient. Went into great detail. Made sure everything was done correctly. Made sure I knew there is a 1 year guarantee. I did say Everwarm didn't tell me to register for guarantees asap so lost out on extended warranty.
Duration of application and work completed was 6 months installation of gas and connection took a while. Once the gas boiler installation given a date the team did a very good job in 2 days still to return to finish do some trunking they didn’t have in stock
Very well organised. Teamwork between different trades was very good. Friendly and helpful workers, clean and tidy. Cannot fault them, definitely 5 stars. Office staff, surveyors and supervisors all very good.
I don’t think a 78 year old lady should be expected to pull up floor boards to get a boiler replaced.

All my communications with Warmworks was friendly and helpful. The works were completed professionally. The site was tidied up at the end of each day's work and cleaned at the end of the job. The installers were polite, helpful and friendly. They were happy to answer all my questions and to advise me on operating the new systems. All in all, I must thank Warmworks, and I heartily recommend them.
Excellent streamlined experience. Warmworks organised all the local companies to do the work required, they don't do it themselves. They then come out once all done and sign it off if all finished to acceptable standard.
He was shocked when he seen the state of work previously done but he got started and did a marvellous job blended in so well with the stone work

What made my experience with Warm works great is the staff that are working for them. Men like Ryan,Graeme and Kia the plumber. They were due to come to my house on the 5th December to install a new electric heating system but on Tuesday the 3rd of December I got a phone call from Ryan asking if they could come this afternoon as they were ahead of schedule and I was happy for them to come so he said they would be at 2pm then I got another call from Ryan to say that they wouldn't be until 4pm and they arrived then. I found them very pleasant ,friendly and helpful they started work immediately and they kept me informed about what they were doing they were very professional in their standard work very neat and tidy and hardworking they never stopped till 8pm and by that time they had all the new cables in and the old ones removed a job that I thought would take a lot longer to do, they worked like Trojans. The new heaters weren't due to be delivered until Thursday the 5th so Ryan left his accommodation at 5am on Wednesday morning to go to Inverness to collect the heaters and he was back here by 9.30am and the work was completed by 8pm that day they never stopped working not even to have something to eat they continued working and eating at the same time. Although Kia the plumber wasn't due to come till Friday Ryan made arrangements with him to come on Wednesday afternoon which he did and his standard of work was as high as the electrician's and very neat and tidy and he was very hardworking too not stopping for anything to eat either he worked till 6pm and he had to travel back to Aberdeen after that. They are a credit to themselves and a credit to Warmworks to have such Honest, Conscience, Reliable and Hard working men who are very professional and work to a very High standard. I would recommend them to anyone who wanted work done. They are the "Professionals" and you won't get better than them. Rory MacLeod.
