Donington Park Circuit, DE74 2BN, Castle Donington, GB
I've been doing BaT trackdays for years now and they are my primary choice for trackdays without doubt. Always well run... if you want to treat yourself, get a day in one of the Caterham R300's
I'd have no hesitation recommending Bookatrack. Jonny, Sarah and team always provide a professional and excellent service.
My first ever track day and Bookatrack did a great job. From the reassuring safety briefing to the help from their mechanics when my car had some gremlins to the excellent tuition from Sarah Reader. I will be back!
I've done a few track days with companies over the years and if I'm honest these are the best. Javelin track days i would not recommend to anyone i think their staff are arrogant and totally unhelpful, MSV track days are good to but B.A.T was relaxed, stress free and run professionally. I will be using these again
This event was attended by two people sharing one hired Caterham and the consensus was that both were 100% satisfied with the day. Hiring a Caterham with BAT is a level above the usual track experience of ten laps in this or that. The tuition was much more skilled and useful than other events we have attended. There is much more track time with the open pit system. We will certainly attend this event again with BookaTrack. Jonny and Sarah replied to emails quickly day and night. The website seemed a touch disjointed but it does have lots of info about the track and event, and it listed the other attendees which was good reading in advance.
MSV to strict with track limits
I attended a track day at Brands Hatch. All those involved in the day were very helpful and friendly. The day was well structured and a great time was had by all. I couldn't fault it
Johhny & the gang at bookatrack always organise a top trackday . Day run very well.
First time ever driving the track and very slippery, the photos appear to show me out for a Sunday drive. I stayed on the black stuff pretty much all day and learnt to play with my mx5 on full oversteer on most corner exits and how to adjust to a drying track which unfortunately came too late in the day. Very well run day, needed the tea and biscuits. Many thanks to all the team.
Excellently organised, great circuit, first class driving instructors. The track was never too busy - I could find my own space, and the overall quality of driving from others was high - leading to a safe and enjoyable experience. The Bookatrack Caterham R300 was superb to drive and immense fun. Highly recommended - will use again.
Well organised, relaxed, but professional. Keep up the good work BaT.
Nothing bad to say. Cars in great shape, reasonable number of cars on track on the day so no overcrowding. Will definitely be back.
This was a 50th birthday gift, Was told I would love it very much, Now I looking forward to my next Caterham trackday, Bookatrack make you feel very much at home with everything a big thank you to all staff for making it a fantastic day.
Jonny is a fanstastic host, his cars are well maintained and his staff are very friendly and approachable. Following the morning breifing, his team are happy to leave you alone to get on with it or on hand anytime to help with anything you need on your car or one of his BATs. Been on many many trackday with different companies and Jonny and BAT are the best.
Signing on was quick with no delays, the briefing was one of the best I have attended, funny but to the point and long winded. In facy it was one of the best trackdays I've attended in terms of hassle free spirited driving.
Very dissapointing, as booked a track day and specifcially confirmed that it was acceptable to bring multiple cars providing only one on track at any time. On the day this was not allowed and was simply told you were given wrong advise - the alternative providers do not take this approach in my experience..
I thought the whole day, while expensive, was good value for money and great fun. Paying a bit more for a quality track day means that people are more likely to obey the rules therefore improving safety. I thought the drivers briefing was very thorough and very well delivered, and it worked for me. I did not really see any dodgy driving all day. The weather was not good and at times the track was pretty wet and slippery but between the showers it was fine and the garage I paid extra for was extremely useful when it was raining. I used the period to explore the performance of my Radical to the best of my ability. I have owned the car for six months and I have been competing in sprints and hill climbs for over five years but in sprints and hill climbs you get very little driving time. As a result of the day at Donington I now know my car much better.
turned up for the briefing just as they were closing the door even with the door ajar was told come back for the second briefing that was an HOUR later got there to find the staff talking to people but no sense of urgency that the paying customer was after track time not standing around time. got on track but after lunch was in pit lane at 1:25 ready for the 1:30 start to be let out at 1:50. Not good enough when paying £295.00 to have almost 1 and 1/2 hours of track time lost due to poor organization and over officious staff
This was our first outing with BookaTrack, although I've always heard excellent feedback about their track days, it's always good to experience this for yourself. Sign on was organised, briefing was informative, to the point and left you in no doubt what the rules were and what would not be tolerated. Gave us the confidence to go on track and know everyone would be driving consistently - handy when it's your first time on track. There was a good mix of experienced, road and race cars, all followed the rules and were courteous when passing. Great group of attendees, friendly and helpful marshals and a very experienced instructor available. Great day - looking forward to more BaT days in the future!
Perhaps because it was pricey the cars were awesome. I've never seen so many GT3s in one place. Most of the cars were very quick but the other drivers were mostly tolerant of those with half the horsepower and probably half the talent too!
