The roofers were quick, efficient and cleared up any mess. The roofers arrived on time. The materials used appear to be excellent quality. Communication with the company was good - no messing around.

I responded to a flyer that arrived by post. I contacted VSF who, fairly quickly sent out a surveyor, after which I was required to pay a 20% deposit. Having done so I had to ask for an acknowledgement that the deposit had been received. 3 months later with little further contact, the work was undertaken by what I was told were 'local' fitters who had in tact come from Bury for an 8 o'clock start. The efficiency and quality of work was second to none and within 8 hours we had a new roof and doors with which we are very pleased. The rear guttering downpipe is a bit bizarre but there you go! If the VSF admin could get their act together in respect of communication I would recommend this business to anyone.

I have been putting off doing the garage for a while when I got a flyer through the door. I got an inspection & quote very quickly & went ahead straight away. The surveyor visited a couple of weeks later, did his thing & advised me of an approximate date for the work (8-10 weeks). I was contacted by phone & subsequent letter advising me of date & was told arrival between 7.30 & 9.00 depending on traffic. 3 guys turned up at 7.30 started work at 7.45 after unloading their van and had stripped the roof, replaced it, fitted new fascia and gutter, a personnel door & refitted my security lights by 12.45. Their work ethic was faultless, they were polite, clean & efficient. I would highly recommend them.

The installation was carried out in one day,as promised. The workmanship could not be faulted and the site was cleared up before the installers left. My wife and I were very happy with the work, moreover, the installers were very friendly.30

The work was done quickly and professionally. The father and son team worked hard and cleaned up after themselves and were both polite and friendly. The aftercare and communication has been excellent. I would happily recommend this company.

Two contractors on the day were diligent and proficient in appalling weather conditions. Cleared away all their mess. The office admin stuff beforehand was equally proficient. Not cheap, but good value.

The job, comprising the removal of an asbestos garge roof and fasceas and their complete replacement with new materials, was carried out competently and efficiently on the date and time agreed. The men were friendly as well as competent; the job went well and looks very good on completion.

Easy to Deal with from Start to Finish. Replaced the Garage Roof without any problems. Got on with the job flawless throughout and kept them happy with cuppas!. The finish is superb.
