We are very pleased with our newly refurbished garage. The corrugated concrete asbestos roof was removed safely, bagged up and taken away for disposal. A new roof, garage door, window and facias were installed. All this was done very effeciently and to a very high standard by the installers J and J and done in one day. VSF initially sent out someone to assess and provide a quote and once accepted a surveyor came to do measurements. Everyone from the start of the process to the finish was very polite and friendly and arrived at the times stated. Thank you for an excellent job well done.

Didn’t turn up on agreed date, on two occasions when the workman did arrive did a wonderful job. Very polite and helpful. Cannot say the same off the office staff and the salesman.

Arrived when they said they would, worked efficiently to remove asbestos roof, advising how it would be done. Fitted new roof, fascias and new door, even though it rained. Very pleased with the finished job and site left tidy and clean. Certificate received for safe removal of asbestos as per regulations. Would highly recommend VSF.

After almost 30 years of service my Compton concrete garage was in need of TLC. The corrugated concrete roof panels were crumbling and leaking. I had received information about VSF Garage Repairs previously, so on 16th June decided to contact them, via an email request. Within a few hours I received a call, asking what my requirements were and to make an appointment for an initial survey. On 21st June a representative visited me. I told him what I would like done to upgrade the garage, and within an hour we agreed work content and price, and I paid the deposit. On 26th June a technical representative came to take detailed measurements and noted specific requirements. During July I received a call from VSF stating that the work would be carried out week commencing 14th August, and I would be notified nearer the time for the specific date, as the renovation is done in one day. On 3rd August a call confirmed the work date as 15th August. On that day the two guys were outside before 7:30. I allowed them access to the property and they unloaded the materials, not being allowed to commence any major work prior to 8am. They worked efficiently and tirelessly throughout the hot day, getting rid of the old materials and cleaning up as they went. Very organised and professional. By around 3:15pm work was just about complete. The entire roof, fascias, gutters and two windows having been replaced. After a walk round inspection I transferred the outstanding balance for the job to the company account, thanked the guys and they left. My overall experience? Excellent! Very efficient company to deal with. Kept up to date continuously during the run up to the work being carried out. All the employees I spoke to and dealt with were professional in their attitude and conduct. Highly recommended company and the end result is a smart, upgraded, weatherproof garage that will last another three decades.

From the initial contact, to completion, the whole process was carried out in a professional and timely manner. The installation was carried out by Jason and Jack, who completed the job in some dreadful weather conditions, leaving everything clean and tidy despite heavy rain. Overall, a great service and competitive price, and all certification provided in respect of the asbestos removal and disposal.
