Your team arrived about 9am and were very efficient in removing the asbestos and fitting the new materials w that I would go to the bank to pay your agreed fees and by the time I was HOME they they had finished and left. the only problem is a broken window in the greenhouse
I was extremely pleased with V.S.F. from start to finish. All the staff I had interaction with were really pleasant and polite. I had a phone call a couple of days before the fitters came just to confirm the date and time that they would turn up. They arrived on time as arranged, they explained how they were going to do the job, and dispose with the asbestos sheets they were removing. They wrapped the sheets as they were removed, and also swept the floor of the garage and patio to clean up any moss and rubbish that came off the roof. When the fitters left all I had to do was put the car into the garage. I was extremely pleased with new roof and how the fitters had cleaned up before they left. From my experience I would highly recommend them. Phil

It was good workman worked well, but didn't sweep up the dusty asbestos on the garage floor, and ridge on top of the roof is not quite straight
We were impressed with the work that Kevin and his colleague did in replacing the old roof on our double garage, fitting new facias and guttering. They arrived at 7.40 a.m. and had completed the task by 1.40 p.m. They both worked non-stop and did an excellent job.

The whole experience from my first contact with VSF was smooth and efficient. Everyone I had contact with were very knowledgeable. The installers arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently and completed the work within the specified time. They cleaned up and left my property as they found it. I cannot fault this company.

Tom the fitter worked all day on his own, he never stopped for a break, he took pride in his work. The garage roof is now waterproof and looks great. The asbestos sheets were removed by Tom wearing all the correct PPE. All waste was taken away and the area was clean and tidy when he left. A few days later received all the paperwork for guarantee and asbestos certificate. Can't fault the whole process. I would definitely recommend VSF if you are looking to replace an outdated garage roof.

Your people arrived on time at 8.15 and had finished the job of replacing the roof, new garage door, window and facias front and rear by 2.45! Jon and his co-worker were very pleasant and efficient and knew exactly what to do. I'm very impressed.
we are very pleased with the work carried out the two installers Luke and his son worked very hard through out the day to complete the work.However the new garage window was broken| cracked on installation.I was informed by Luke the installer that he had reported this to the office and I would contact me.I waited a week and no one had contacted me.I now have made 3 calls the office and been told a work colleague would contact me with a date for the repair work to be carried out.As yet I still no confirmation received

Before and after service was excellent and I would have given 4½ stars (which is not available!) but there were two issues that were resolved the following day. The workers were very pleasant which is always appreciated.
In the past I've always done repairs myself. This makes me hypercritical when I have to get other people work for me. The old asbestos roof was removed and disposed of safely. The tricky job of joining the new roof to another existing roof was completed without fuss and properly sealed. Also the sealing of my new roof to my neighbour's garage has now protected both garages from water ingress and dammage. This complicated work was all completed in less than one day. I couldn't have asked for better.
