I found the process more difficult than usual and communication was also poor
Contact with vocal views was very good. Survey was longer than expected and it did take a few hours in total as the moderator comes back with very specific follow on questions that you may have answered in previous questions. Generally good but you will have to earn your participation fee.
Simple enough research project + good communication from the team at Vocal Views = happy consumer
Really great people, and awesome communication, I enjoy working with these guys.
It was a nice market research, touched upon some interesting subjects and it was quite thought provoking. The staff were friendly and there were lots of nice refreshments.
Good experience to give my views on a product yet to be released.
