When I had a problem, it was very easy to email and receive responses from the team. There were some bumps along the way with the app I had to use for the research, and it took a while to receive my payment form, but other than that it was ok

Good company to deal with. I received an email, I filled in the survey and received a call a few days later. I was taken through the survey again and then invited to a focus group in Holborn. The reception was extremely nice and we were offered food in the room. The interview went slightly over by 10 minutes but was offered an additional £10 for my time. Where else would you earn £1 a minute haha. Cheers guys. Payment was fast and send via bank transfer.
