Poor quality data + restrictive data limits! In my attempt to "follow the data", I wanted to analyse many sub-categories (and the products inside them) to understand where the best opportunities where. It seemed like about half the ASIN searches came back with no data/error. Also, I wanted to do a full day of research and I hit a 250 request/day limit after about 2-3 hours. If you pay for the data (it was the top $99 subscription) then you deserve what you pay for. I appreciate they need to protect their business (their data) but not at the expense of the customer. I worked out it would take me about 150 days to query the data I wanted and that's not going to happen!

Weak data on Keyword Research!

The Product Discovery and Market Intelligence tools aren't the greatest. There are lots of results that are too similar with each search conducted. Also, my product failed to generate any real momentum during the "launch" phase. Immediately afterwards, it began sliding down in the rankings again despite efforts at maintenance. This resulted in nothing but lots of lost money on giveaways. Finally, I can't say the greatest things about their customer service as they refused to give me a refund on the basis that I had "used their product too many times". All I did was use the number of searches I was allocated under my monthly subscription. In closing, this business needs to put lots of work into improving their offerings. I think there are better options available to those looking to sell on Amazon.

The Viral Launch team DEFINITELY provides value! They go above and beyond with their customer interaction and service as well as all the services they provide. Wow. I am impressed and wish more companies were as 'on their game' as Viral Launch. It's refreshing and enjoyable to work with a company like VL.

A must have software for selling on Amazon. Viral Launch has built a solid software that is a one stop shop. The services make selling on Amazon a breeze. Software to find profitable products, help with listing products, product photography. Not to mention Viral Launch was created by Casey Gauss, one of the most down to earth people around. His vision is reflective in the product and in how fast Viral Launch is growing. Worth every penny.

The best tool I had used so far!

I like VL especially Cameron...he’s the best explaining step by step all what the new FBA sellers need to know and he gives us many tips in advance for us to be prepare. He is down to the earth and he knows what he is talking about!

I wish the KW research tool & market intelligence will be available on EU market soon.

Must make customers aware of the latest rule changes for sellers on Amazon.com in reference to Launches i.e. anything beyond a 20% discount will render all Viral Launch (VL) coupon participating purchases as "unverified" reviews. VL launches renders a minimal impact to buyer confidence. Sales (+) unverified reviews does not (=) 1st page results anymore therefore, launches should be at a price responsive to its true value $150 MAX!!!

Tried to Use their Photography and They did a Horrible job with the Photos and they do not even know how to use illustrator for a infographics. I would not use them for this service.

I think the price is well over priced to what you get for it and compared to the competitors.

The best software out there to source products.

Great service for Amazon sellers and great customer support team.

There are some interface issues and the simple descriptions of the metrics don't do a good enough job of describing the data behind them. The default landed costs seem very low compared with actual costs.

not so accurate, more expensive than chinese software.

Viral Launch has helped me in product research for Amazon and its tools are easy to use. Its "Follow The Data" podcasts are great and provide the audience a wealth of information which are up to date. Great help to sellers who are clueless of rapid changes in Amazon.

VL customer team is AWESOME! They not only answer questions in a timely manner, but also with clarity. They are resourceful by sharing related articles as well. I am very satisfied with them!
