After using your service, my listings are flooded with hijakers / arbitrage sellers that bought from your promotion and now taking my buy box when reselling. You must improve your buyer database asap.

For the amount of usage, I find the monthly fee too high

horrible experience. Staff doesn't work on the weekends, so beware if you have anything running on the weekend- you won't be able to get any assistance. I also found the responses to be rude at times. Will never use again

Viral Launch is a quality company that really gives you everything that you would expect a respectable company to deliver. Their software is the best aesthetically and the data in many of their tools are presented legibly. The only thing holding me back from leaving a 5 star review, is they are not on the cutting edge in the Amazon space. Their launches started their career in the Amazon space but their tools by comparison are not anything new in the space. I know they have it in them to innovate more.
