I contacted Viral Launch about a product feature that wasn't working. Their customer service acknowledged that they were already aware of the issue and were working to resolve it. Once the issue was resolved their customer support team contacted me to give me a heads up. I was very impressed!

Extremely poor customer service. I have asked to cancel my subscription with two products 5 days ago and still haven't heard anything back (their 'modify subscription' tab only let you upgrade, not downgrade). And this is only the top of the iceberg... final review? There are many company out there and this is one to avoid, literally a waste of time and money.

I signed up for the basic option not realizing it did not include keyword searches (you get 5 free a day only) - ok, dooooh. I contacted support and they were excellent and polite in explaining what I did wrong, even though I was rather terse (e.g.; not very nice). I have worked in support so I know how difficult it can be to deal with negative people. Kudos to you for helping out an old grumpy guy :) L

The software is ok, but still needs work. It's buggy and freezes often. I prefer Hellium 10 which is more stable and bug free.

Love this program and the training videos are incredibly helpful.

A very complete research tool for Amazon. I particularly like the chrome extension. In my opinion the following should be added: - A search tool that also works in other markets than US - The ability to pin specific products directly from chrome extension - An extended search tool that can find similar products with different keywords - and in the ultimate situation, an image recognition software that would allow to find producers of the same product on Alibaba or other. - another ultimate feature would be to allow the same search within alibaba and then calculate real margins on pinned products.

I subscribed to Viral Launch about three months ago. I think it's a great service with great customer care. I had some issues with the extension, contacted them and they were always eager to help. Also, they post tutorials and articles on their blog which are not only helpful in understanding their application, but also the market. They frequently post about market trends and such.

I have been very pleased with the responses I've gotten from the Viral Launch support team. It has been my experience each time, that I am working late at night (FBA after-hours in addition to a FT job, I know you guys can relate!), and when I have a question or issue, I'll type it into the live chat box. Granted, it's usually too late at night to live chat, but I've always had an answer waiting for me in my inbox when I wake up the next morning, and to my surprise, when I reply to their answer, they continue to work with me until I'm satisfied. Other 'live chat' options offered elsewhere send your queries into a wasteland where help is hit or miss. But Viral Launch has always taken my hand and led me to a solution.
