I ordered a freezer. The first one arrived badly damaged and had to be collected! The second freezer arrived also badly damaged! We have now asked for a refund! It's not just having damaged goods arrive but it's the constant waiting in for deliveries and collections that's so frustrating! The customer service was good but I would not use this company again!

The order turned up quickly and was reasonably priced. However when I took the packaging off it looked like it had been dropped as there were dents and marks over the outer area and door. It did work though so when I spoke to view click buy they refunded me some money and were very helpful. Obviously I still have my two year guarantee as well.

Easy to use website, excellent quick service Although when ordering stated 1st floor flat I thought the item at 51k was too heavy for the one man carrier to bring up the stairs

After two attempts at buying an under counter fridge from View Click Buy i gave up and went elsewhere as on both occasions the fridge turned up with various parts/sides damaged due to insufficient packaging!! even though on the second occasion i was assured it would be properly protected. Thin cardboard and no polystyrene is never going to protect the outsides of a fridge. No fault with customer services as very fast response to every problem but unfortunately couldn’t risk a third delivery!!

Bought small chest freezer •First one turned up damaged badly, the lid wouldn't close right •second one came with a dent in the back • I was given a £22 discount on a £155 item •there is no padding in the packaging so the chances are it's going to get damaged in transit • I gave two stars one for delivery guy(always on time) and one for the customer service as they delt with things quickly and efficiently •now it's in and on it works. It's a good size for a small kitchen and holds a decent amount

I reserved my fridge damage and it wasn’t until I notice after I phone to say the fridge was damaged. But after looking at the packaging there was know damage to the packaging. It looks like the fridge was packed damage so I would. never youse this company again and I will advise on social media and my friends as well

I'd never shopped with this company before so I was a bit reticent about ordering a table top fridge from them seeing as it was so much cheaper than elsewhere with free next day delivery too. It all just sounded too good to be true. But I phoned their contact number first and was pleasantly surprised how quickly they answered and also how friendly and helpful the lady was And she confirmed all that their listing described. And everything which followed went perfectly to plan and the fridge was delivered promptly and is great. I will certainly always check this company out first for other electrical items I might need in the future as I couldn't be more pleased. A bit like like going back in time as you don't often get this sort of service these days - unless ofcourse you pay over and above what other retailers are charging which Click Buy certainly don't do.

I placed the order at 12.30 lunchtime on the Monday and it was delivered 24hrs later. I was sent communications promptly giving me my delivery information within 20mins of my purchase. I would certainly use again and recommend.
