Item was delivered to wrong address/wrong street altogether, luckily from photo on courier delivery confirmation we managed to work out where the item was. Used spin dryer yesterday did what it was supposed to do, very pleased. Only disappointment was drum was a lot smaller then expected, size of drum would have been nice in advert rather than weight it can take because 3kg does not mean a lot to me.

Everything was dealt with promptly and efficiently.

The ordering was simple,unfortunately three attempts later I still have not received item and kitchen fitters have now moved on to another site.from the second attempt I made it clear they can leave item in porch however driver photographed completely wrong house and said nobody home

Still waiting for it to be delivered. Waited in for five days. The delivery van keeps coming out but never arrives. Now I've been promised a dedicated van to make a delivery just to me. This is not the fault of View Click Buy. It's the delivery people - DHL. ... Added later - The dedicated van arrived as promised. I'd suggest View Click Buy stop using DHL. Once again I want to stress that View Click Buy were not at fault; in fact they were extremely helpful. There's just one small criticism - if you ring out of hours you just hear the phone ring several times followed by a ping. As there is no outgoing message I don't know whether it is possible to leave a message after the ping. I'd suggest there should be an outgoing message stating opening hours and whether or not a message can be left.

A very efficient company. I ordered a cooker hood (at a very good price) one day and it was delivered the next morning by a polite courier. As long as the hood works when we fit it, this was an A** experience with View Click Buy!

I was happy with the price and next day free delivery.The delivery man wouldn’t remove the package.both my mother and l are disabled,l struggled to remove the box,and when l did their was a dent in the front of the freezer.otherwise l would have given 5 stars.

Can’t fault the service or after service but the goods delivered were damaged which had to have happened during transit as I don’t think any supplier would have let this through quality control! Goods returned and full costs refunded.

I bought a montpellier retro fridge in october of last year. Earlier this year the fridge started freezing up and the outside was getting very hot. After sending an engineer they agreed the fridge could be returned and i would recieve a full refund,,they received the fridge back over 2 weeks ago yet i am still waiting for the refund. I am a single person with disabilities on a very low income and can not afford a new fridge without the refund,all i get told is ,,its with the accountant!!! very disapointed with this company and would not reccommend
