I find it difficult to rate View Click Buy. The Cooler was ordered on 21 June and swiftly arrived on the 23rd - damaged. The goods were returned and a replacement received on the 29th - also damaged. On Tuesday 5th July the second damaged cooler was collected and I received a full refund by 6th July. The Customer Care Team were very good but at the end of the day it took me 15 days and considerable inconvenience to get nowhere, hence the poor rating. Receipt of damaged goods seem to be a common thread of the negative reviews.

Left outside ground floor neighbors’ apartments so they couldn’t get in or out. Door of freezer dented. One element loose one partly secured. Plastic drawer shattered in corner.

Ordered a mountpiller f/f arrived like it been thrown down a flight of stairs. Had it collected and a replacement was delivered i opened the box and to my horror the same damage. I waited in on both occasions made phone calls send emails. Asked for a refund will now go to curry's same price with hopefully better care taken with delivery.

Item arrived with lots of dints in the product and the corner was bashed in and had to be returned immediately:( still waiting for a replacement :(

Quick delivery but one of the items wasn't 100%. This is the 2nd time we've ordered these fridges (first time a different company) and one of the fridges isn't quite right. Can't be bothered with the hassle of returning again.

Fridge was exactly what we required as an additional unit. Even has a lock on it if anyone needs to store medicines out of reach of children! Service was excellent and delivery on time. Highly recommend.

Placed my order on web site all very simple paid by card. Got a text to say my order was on the way. Delivered 36 hrs after I ordered. the freezer is up and running . Very happy with service.😃😃

Bought a new glass front beer fridge, but actually received a new fridge cabinet with what seems to be a second hand door on it. The door was broken, chipped and repainted/touched up, scuffed and marked. Emailed with pics asking for their thoughts on it but received no reply. Tried calling but no-one answers.

The product was fine. Communication Fine. I received notification on the day of purchase the 22/06/22 that it would be delivered on 23/06/22, did not arrive until 24th. That would be my only gripe.

Other than the fact that DPD left the box with the tumble dryer on my driveway in the pouring rain, which isn't the company's fault, the ordering and delivery process was seamless. Got it the day following the order and I'm very happy with the product

Thanks for your response about the Ice King cooler, I really want to send to them which I thought I could do but now it seems I can’t? There was a way of sending photos as well but again the opportunity seems to have? As I said my frustration was mainly with the Product packaging and after sales from Ice King. Unit arrived with a dent on the top rear . Called clickviewbuy Holly was very helpful offered me a replacement or a discount . I accepted the latter as it was going into a utility room. Very happy with the ice king product.
