All is good ....... the product; delivery and communications etc. The only slight niggle I have is:: There is no installed WiFi or Bluetooth. It would cost the manufacturer probably very few pounds indeed to add this. I think that alone would increase sales and be financially viable.

This PC does everything i need it to and communication with this company was good,however im dissappointed that having left them good feedback on Ebay that they couldn't do the same in return but overall good

I bought a computer case from this company. I was really happy with the quality and price of the item, as well as how quickly it had been shipped, but when I put the computer together, I noticed that the power button was broken. The company quickly sorted me out with a new button, which was perfectly adequate. I suppose anybody who buys an empty computer case should know how to replace a power button. I did snap off one of the fasteners that holds the face plate on the case while putting the new button in, but I can't exactly blame them for that. My only reservation is that I bought the item on eBay about a month ago, and they still haven't written feedback for me. They are a busy bunch - that was apparent from the fact that the case came in a box wrapped in another box and isolated with the most peculiar shock-proof material: crumpled boxes from graphics cards and other computer bits - but they should provide timely feedback for their clients if they're going to sell on eBay.
This company has a very easy to use ordering system via their website. No need to trawl through lists of features, just tick what you want and move onto the next option. Computer arrived when they said it would. Opened the box Plugged it in and powered up. Windows pre-loaded booted up and away I went. Absolutely superb.

The price was great and for the system
Delivery was 5 days when 3 was quoted. Initial problems as the power connection to the hard drive was faulty (maybe not vibox fault). Telephone support was helpful. Other minor build problems (HD light wired wrong, some screws not tightened) don't instill confidence but generally happy with purchase and value for money.
Both the product and the delivery were exceptional
