All round excellent and speedy service ! And the product is superb !

I ordered a Custom Pc with these guys which turned up fast and was a good price. Everything was fine for around 6 months then the pc would not boot up, sent the pc back to them for repair (I had to pay postage) and they said the front usb was faulty and causing the issue, ive never used the front usb ports so no idea whats going on there. Apart from that the service was great and they dealt with the issue super quick. Bad points : Having to pay £25 for return shipping was not nice. Good Points : excellent pc / Good service / Nice friendly staff. I proberly would use these guys again, every company charge you for returns these days.

brilliant pc, great price. One small fault of a faulty front USB port

I was going to buy an Alienware computer from Dell and a friend just had a look on Ebay and found this computer. Comparatively, we put the same spec in the Dell Alienware and it cost £3,500. Big saving and the computer seems really good, although I would say that I play games I do not know about the technical details but it seems really good.

just the delivery people were bad

Have installed second HDD, a second BD/DVD combo, a wifi card and a Card Reader. With Windows 7 Pro it is a mean machine. Reason for the purchase is that it is hard to get a desktop on the 'High Street' that you can upgrade these days and as I wanted to use already purchased components I was seeking an upgradable system...

There was a delay with codes for free games, but good comms about issue. We didn't end up with one game that was advertised. The machine is great though, stylish, fast and very quiet.

I had a great deal from Vibox. I purchased my computer from them and it is absolutely magnificent.

The service was very good, slight delay on the order but that was down to the bank holiday more than their end. Very Happy with the PC itself, only issue was I had to wait a week for the free games due to low stock their end

I was looking for a new computer, as I was getting bored with my PS3 and wanted to play more RPG oriented games, such as World of Warcraft. Looked around, found many sites but Vibox stood out, mainly due to the prices for the PC's they had on offer! Since I bought this PC, which is a Six Core AMD 3.8ghz, 8GB Ram and a HD7770 1GB, I have been able to play all the games that I currently have, including very modern games such as the new Tomb Raider at highest settings without a problem! In a year or so, I will probably upgrade again, and Vibox is #1 on my list!
