Vibox were very helpful when helping me choose my computer, and the delivery was quick and hassle-free. Upon receiving my new computer, it was flawless with no scratches or cracks, thanks to the unique style military packaging and padding. Once I installed Windows 10 and installed my games, it ran very smoothly. One of my games wouldn't run and the other was very laggy, but thanks to Vibox's quick and helpful response, they later found out that the gpu had come loose. I have dealt with this company on a number of occasions including the purchase of a computer. As someone who is not knowledgeable on the technical aspects of computers, I have been most impressed by the technical support provided by Vibox. That support has been readily available simply by making a telephone call, and I have found it to be of outstanding quality.

From placing my order with them to receiving the item, I have received first class customer service. They sent me an e-mail on several occasions like this one: Your order is currently in Stage 3: Your PC will go through extensive quality control testing to ensure reliability. All Vibox PCs go through a rigorous process to ensure your PC will be stable and reliable and ready for use as soon as you receive it. Every order goes through the following four steps prior to despatch: Stage 1 - Components are picked in preparation for the system build. Stage 2 - The PC is assembled by our skilled PC engineers to your specific order. **** Stage 3 - Your PC will go through extensive quality control testing to ensure reliability. **** Stage 4 - The fully-tested PC will be securely packaged in our bespoke extra-durable packaging ready for despatch. You will be updated on the progress of your PC as it goes through different stages. Vibox really care and value their customers. I just wish I had got to know about them a few years ago as the computer I bought from them is a thousand times better and about £300 cheaper than my old one. The Vibox computer is 64 bit where as my old one is 32 bit. I love everything about this computer. I will certainly recommend Vibox Computers to family and friends and I will buy from them again, I highly recommend Vibox Computers to anyone. The computer was well packed.There was no way it was going to get damaged in delivery and it was delivered to me in no time at all. Thank you to everyone at Vibox Computers.

I bought a pc from Vibox Ltd in November 2014 after a recommendation from a family member. During the year a couple of faults occurred and I contacted the Vibox team via email and received an immediate response with suggestions for my Son to try. Unfortunately these did not work and the Vibox team were absolutely fantastic with their customer service responses. I contacted the team either by email or phone and the customer service has never differed I would mark as a 10 every time! Indeed, our pc was returned to Vibox Ltd for a diagnostic check, repairs carried out and returned to us. Our pc works as new and I have a very happy teenage Son! Thank you Vibox team if only all retailers were like yourselves all customers would be absolutely delighted each time! Other companies please take note

I decided to use Vibox to build a new computer for me, I ordered one of the pre-designed computers then asked for opinions on a couple of upgrades. When the computer came unfortunately I had a problem with the Graphics Card. They collected and exchanged the card at no extra cost to myself (I was expecting to at least pay postage as I live in Portugal). Now I have a computer I am very happy with. I will definitely use Vibox when I can afford to upgrade again.

This company has the best customer I have used.downloaded windows 10 my computer disk and setting crashed . The customer service I received is simply the best you.

I still can't believe the price I have paid, if I had self built the components would still have cost me 20-30% more. Great components, good build quality and excellent support. What more can you ask?

I bought a Vibox computer around a year ago and it works fantastic, exactly as described. The computer is made to a great standard, looks fantastic and most importantly does what I wanted it to and all for a very reasonable price! When upgrading my graphics card I got in touch with the company to try and get some advise and they were extremely helpful. They gave me suggestions on what they thought would be good for my system, answered any questions I had and even sent me specific instructions on their best practices when updating the card. The staff that work at Vibox are great, they know their stuff and will go the extra mile to ensure your query is answered and any issues you have are resolved. Fantastic customer experience. I would recommend Vibox computers to anyone who is thinking about getting a new computer - you will not be disappointed!

From ease of selection; queries with the help desk; ordering; tracking of order and delivery everything was top notch. Everything was exactly as promised. Very well built and all worked perfect from the start. Excellent component selection, and at a ridiculously reasonable price. My last PC was from another leading supplier, but with this level of service & quality I would certainly go back to them again, and highly recommend them to anybody.
