Ive used these guys twice to get my gaming pc. The second time i used them there was a slight mis-communication with the delivery date of my order (i had ordered the 1-2 day shipping but with the pc spec i had chosen it wasn't going to be ready for 2 weeks.) they refunded the shipping charge completely! other than that, there computers have been completely flawless! the packaging is very good and completely protects your computer! Would recommend using these guys and i will be back!

I personaly think the Vibox company is a verry good place to go for pc's and all in all in my oppinion that the company looks after its customers, very good help line, Quick reponding with emails, Quick ordering, Quick building, Quick testing's, then last but not least Quick delivery, At first i was considering ordering from Cyberpowerdsystems, but every thing is very expencive, but later came accros Vibox.com <3 I honestly cant appreciate enough for what the Help line-Email has help me out with, Well i think that concludes my Oppinion - Sorry for the bad spelling :( Many thanks

Buying a first gaming PC is not easy but these guys were really helpful, very flexible with product and extremely knowledgeable. Delivery was quick and well packages and setup was easy. I would recommend these to anyone looking to buy any form of PC as you can order custom built specs so easily and at a very reasonable cost. What they supply can also be easily adapted and enhanced should you wish to expand at a future date
Vibox is a great, friendly and cooperative company. I had seen a desktop on ebay and wanted some changes on it, so I called them up and had the best experience with their customer service. They were very friendly and willing to make the changes and the computer itself was delivered intact extremely quickly. They also helped with troubleshooting a few problems after with no hassle at all. Best service I have worked with in a while. Very happy with their service and support and will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.
The site was easy to use. I just picked my component and when the case I wanted was too small and the upgrade I chose was discontinued they offered me a free upgrade. Great communication and prices and the finished product was amazing. Coulodn't be happier.

I ordered a PC for our sons birthday, I left it a bit last minute as I do with most things but Vibox were absolutely amazing, it came within plenty of time and was exactly what we had asked for and my son has enjoyed many hours gaming! I will definitely be ordering from Vibox again and will recommend to anyone who is thinking of buying a new computer!
I bought a PC off of Vibox in early 2013 and it arrive with a loose graphics card. I sent it back not wanting to damage the computer more and they had it repaired and the solutions solved instantly and I had it back within the week. Overall great service and dealt with my frustration personally and thoughtfully.
I got a great computer that performes perfect for next to nothing when you compare it to the ones you can buy from the major company's such as PC world. Also they have great customer support who will try and help you with any questions you may have.
I like my Vibox case it looks good, performs we'll, a lot of space and altogether a really good case would recommend to anyone looking for a good case
