The computer was very well packed in a box with a padded insert. Its condition was better than the rating had indicated, difficult to find any marks or damage on the exterior, and the inside looked like new. The invoice stated that it included a restore disc and manual, but there was no manual. Not a major problem as information is readily available online. Some indication of anticipated delivery would have been useful after placing the order, I had to ring supplier to get a delivery date, which was then confirmed by text the day before and an hour delivery slot sent on the day.

A first class service . the computer was in a nearly new condition . and I needed to ask customer service a question who were quick to answer and very helpful and solved my question in an instant. .

Quick and easy service

I was in need of a high performance desk top computer which had to be running on Windows 7 to be compatible with my Nikon microscope cameras. I thought it would be difficult to find one but Val-U-Computers had exactly the right combination of features for my purposes in the form of a well reconditioned machine in excellent condition at a very good price. They answered all my questions and sent it out very quickly in response to my order. It was well packed and it worked perfectly straight out of the box. I am very pleased with it because it’s exactly what I needed. Good value, good service.

I have just bought a Dell Latitude from Valucomputers (having previously bought one from them for my husband three years ago, which has worked without a hitch ever since). They sent me a better - and, I think, newer - model than the one I had ordered, for the same price. It looks immaculate and is working beautifully. The one I had ordered had an optical disk drive but the one sent did not. They sent me an external drive at no extra charge: it arrived the day after I had phoned to say that this model had no DVD drive. Superb service and excellent value for money. Thank you

This is the second time I've bought refurbished laptop from val-u-computers. The first was 14 years ago. This stopped working on 18th Dec 2019 so I ordered another to replace it at 9pm that night. It was delivered at 11am on 20th Dec. Amazing service. Highly recommended. Thank you guys.
