Initially there was a problem with one of the key numbers issued but this was dealt with quickly happy with service
The laptop is ok so far, the price was good, however the service was sadly lacking, in a lack of information supplied, I only recieved 1 email, which was the sale confirmation, 3 days later I emailed them for info, I got a 1 line reply, so I rang them, and was told might be dispatched the next day, I then received a text from DPD the following day to say they would be delivering, I never got an email from the supplier at all, when it arrived I was led to believe there would be a backup cd included, there wasn't. I wont be using them again.
Good product and services.
Laptop was exactly as described and was worth the price paid. It arrived in the time designated on the website and was well packaged. The only minor issue I have is that I wasn’t informed that the item had been sent and so missed the delivery. However I received it the next day.
