Zeeshan helped me update my account email address, he was very polite and helped me right away with my problem I’ve had great experience with US Mobiles customer service the few times I’ve needed it, and all have only been for minor inconveniences that were all fixed as fast as possible, and everyone has been very polite and understanding

Zeeshan Shafiq. Give this man a raise!! Honest, helpfull, patient, friendly. This list keeps going. We didnt fix the problem but he couldnt do anything about that. The best service support I ever had.

I encountered trouble activating a new account and applying the discount code I was offered. Abbas spent well over 30 minutes helping me through the process, including instructing a work-around after my phone didn't recognize the QR code emailed from US Mobile. I am now happy to be back with US Mobile and the great assistance your customer service reps provide.

Service agent Asia has been great! I was having some issues with MMS, the problem was on my end not US Mobile. But she managed to get all of the issues cleared up in no time. She was patient and helped me get 1 phone switched over and fix the issues with my other, I can't talk highly enough enough US Mobile customer sevice!

Great customer service... and easy to navigate website....and phone app. I don't know why it took me so long to switch to USM and stop paying $$$ on VZ. I have not tried to switch carriers ( I stayed on Warp-VZ) but love that USM is the only MVNO offering service on all 3 carriers ......

Hey, I don't know why my calling card was not delivered to me, so I contacted Zyan, the customer service, he was very responsible and most importantly efficient, he solved the problem within a few minutes and assured me that the new card will be sent as soon as possible. I really appreciate it!
