US Mobile has absolutely the *best* customer service. I highly recommend them because of their customer service, it makes the biggest difference.

I didn’t even know where to begin, but I just had the most wonderful experience during an incredibly stressful time while trying to get my US Mobile service back up and running. I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding support I received from one of your customer service representatives, Sahar. From the very first moment, I never felt alone. Not a single question was left unanswered, and not a single step was left untaken. Sahar thoroughly examined the issue I was facing and worked with me, step by step, until it was fully resolved. For over two hours, we navigated countless obstacles together—things wouldn’t work, but we kept trying and found a way forward. At the start of this process, I was overwhelmed and even had a panic attack. But as soon as Sahar came online, my anxiety began to ease. Your reasonable prices, exceptional service, and unique ability to switch carriers on demand are invaluable. With your multi-network feature, I now have the security of two carriers, which is essential in my area, where severe weather often takes down cellular networks. This capability means I can always reach emergency services or loved ones when it matters most. I know that T-Mobile and Verizon are working on satellite-to-cell service, and I would love to know how US Mobile will be involved in that. But for now, I have everything I need—thanks to you. I am always looking for ways to be more economical financially. When I found annual plans on U.S. Mobile's website that were more cost effective than the monthly plans I decided to switch. However, when I tried to do it on my own I managed to get myself confused on the website so I used the chat feature. Abeer was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions and helped me switch to the annual plan.

Concierge Abbas was fantastic with guiding me through the process of activating my new phone and number transfer. With my lack of knowledge at doing this he patiently and professionally guided me through the timely process. He truly worked hard and diligently to earn a 5 star rating for his service!

I've been using USMobile for almost a year. Overall enjoying the experience. I just used chat to upgrade to the new unlimited premium plan and Hamna was great. Super knowledgable. Courteous. Handled my questions and the upgrade easily and efficiently. Thanks Hamna and USMobile!

Great Support, I had a problem setting up my voice mail and Zeeshan Shafiq was outstanding. He stayed with me for 30 or more until he fixed the problem.

HAMNA PULLED THROUGH ~ THROUGH AND THROUGH !!!! I was under a time deadline and SHE handled everything including ME wonderfully ~~~ i know the internet can be less than personality wise interaction ~~ But I actually felt like i know her or we were in a shop somewhere ! THANK YOU HAMNA and THANK YOU US MOBILE ~~~~~~

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with US Mobile, thanks to Sana! From the moment we started talking, she was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient. She took the time to really listen to my concerns and made sure I fully understood all of my options. It was clear that she genuinely cared about helping me, and her knowledge made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. She made what could have been a frustrating situation into a pleasant and easy one. I get access to tech support within a minute from my laptop. Everyone there has been super nice and willing to give refunds for my mistakes in picking the wrong plan. They have pooled share plan that other vendors do not have. They have ability to switch to att, verizon, tmobile when I am traveling.
