Hazik Masood made setting up my phone line extremely easy. This is my 4th line with us mobile and was by far the easiest to activate. This was the 1st one that did not require multiple QR codes to be generated. Hazily had me enter the info manually and in an instant my phone worked. This was a great customer service experience. I am a very satisfied US Mobile customer.

Daniyal was very kind and patient with me as he assisted me in transferring my service back to Dark Star. I had previously tried a few different ways and was unable to successfully get my phone service back. We had a video chat and he walked me through things step-by-step on my phone, even consulting with his colleagues when certain solutions still weren’t working. Eventually, it was figured out, and my service was restored. The customer service was excellent, it was great to talk to a human being. Knowing they are available 24/7 and that you can schedule a video chat chats with them in person is fantastic!

Honest the service so far with usmobile has been amazing. Each time they're super friendly and helpful - this last one was with Abeer and again just great attitude, got everything done quickly and again been just great!
