I paid for next day delivery due to moving house but the delivery actually took 2 days. Some difficulty putting the rack together almost like one of the rails was too short

The product was not welded together straight so was unable to fit it level. The end parts were plastic and I expected them to be metal. Would not recommend this product - clothes rail with middle support.

My new rack arrived on time and was so easy to put together. It fitted into the space perfectly. The quality is good, its very robust and looks smart. Adjustable feet made levelling it easy.

Great value rail and speedy delivery. I took off a star for how fiddly it was to put together (and the instructions not really being clear about the fiddly bits). I ordered a double hanging rail and the bungs were tricky to get in (but an email to customer services resolved this quickly - I was being too gentle!). The instructions looked like you just slid on the middle rail, but there is a lot of tension in the frame which makes this quite difficult for 1 person - I ended up with a lot of scratches to the metal as a result of trying to slide down and fix the the middle bar. Once up it is very sturdy and smart and scratches are disguised by the clothes. Now that I've made it I feel much more confident ordering another so hope to buy again and would recommend.
Clothes rail delivered on time. Only grumble is one of the poles are scratched up. Once assembled can hardly notice it. Very strong and sturdy as advertised and would recommend and buy again.
