Quality rail, strong and sturdy
I ordered a white five foot clothes rail which is a fantastic size, the only thing I would say is that I have it on a carpeted floor at the moment, so the castors tend to fall off while manoeuvring the rail, as they are not properly attached or slotted in securely, only placed up into the legs to balance it. I would likely have preferred screw in ones so to keep them in place. Other than that, it's great and sturdy for my big coats.

Perfectly reasonable service, although I ended up playing nearly as much for delivery as for the items. It would have been nice to have a cheaper delivery option for something that could have been fitted in a 00 padded envelope.
Product is good, some slight scrstches to the hanging rail and the feet were difficult to insert (daughter purchased one where they were already inserted). Delivery was slow but that was an issue with Fedex, not the retailer.
Clothes rail had very poor instructions and was of poor quality. Legs were extremely difficult to fix into the poles.
