Customer service was excellent and the unit was very easy to assemble
As in picture however the instructions on how to put the wheels in wasn’t clear
Our rail arrived swiftly and was easy to fit. We did have an issue with the small screws which hold the pole taught. They had been screwed in too tight before delivery and had cross thread so ended up having to break one off to fit the pole through the bracket.

I had been searching for a clothes rail that was a particular size to fit inside a wardrobe. Even though I hadn’t heard of Urbaboxx they actually had one the exact size I needed, so I placed the order. I opted for standard delivery but it actually came the next day. The rail is really sturdy and fits perfectly. I’m very happy with the rail and the service I received. I will definitely use this company in the future .

Item is brilliant and sturdy. Only 1 criticism is that the the pole being 3 metres long is bowed. I don’t think this would be as noticeable with a shorter pole.
