The hanging rail cover is perfect and easily accessible via two distanced zips. Being transparent means you can go straight to your wardrobe choice knowing it's dust-free! I've even managed to line up my shoes underneath the cover! A great solution for wardrobeless rooms! Delivery was very prompt too.

A very good quality and sturdy clothes rail, which is much better than those I've bought in the past. Although we did have issues with the wheels - which we ended up not fitting to the rail - hence 4 stars

Product is great and cheaper than other companies' products which is excellent, but the delivery guy did not wait for me to open the door. This can be a problem if someone is not at home as he just left the box in front of my house

Clothes rail delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Was as described and is good quality. Instructions for putting it together were OK but lacked information about the wheels. It would be helpful to know that the plastic plugs holding the wheels, and locking them in place, need to be hammered in. Otherwise, first class all round.

Everything arrived earlier than expected and exactly as described - thank you! The only piece of feedback I’d leave is that there was a lot of packaging for the two plastic boxes I ordered which was a shame and took me a while to flatten and dispose of. Other than that, I have no complaints. I’d definitely recommend UrbaBoxx!

I received this 2weeks ago and haven't put it together yet as the instructions are appalling!! The parts lists the number of each item but they don't have part numberings. i.e place part a with part b.
The hanging rails are top notch. Strong and sturdy. The customer service is also brilliant. Really easy to talk to and very quick to find the right solution! Would definitely use again!
