I had a great experience from the time I first reached out to the company. They explained different options available to me and helped me with the paperwork. There were no hidden fees or surprises. I got weekly updates via email about the location and expected date of delivery for the boxes. There were some charges in India that I was aware of at the time of booking and making a payment for those charges was easy. The boxes were delivered in great condition and nothing was broken or missing. No damage to the boxes or to my belongings. The delivery people were well behaved, on time and offered to unpack the boxes for me.
The estimated delivery date and time was spot on, and once they informed us of the arrival of the shipment at Bengaluru, the shipment was delivered at our door within 2-4 days. The delivery crew (Delivery Team: Palani warehouse coordinator, Crew: Lulten Das,Arun,Chandri,Mithun), was very polite and efficient . They unpacked everything, placed them as asked by us, removed debris and completed the job cheerfully and quickly. I had a very positive experience. The pick-up and drop-off process was seamless, and the communication throughout was excellent. The team was professional and efficient, handling my belongings with care. The only downside was a slight delay in the delivery. However, considering the quality of service in every other aspect, this was a minor inconvenience.

The entire experience was very positive. Their representatives helped guide me throughout the process and were able to arrange for a FedEx pickup even after their scheduled pickup for the month was done. From the time of pick up until the time of delivery I had regular updates which was very reassuring. One thing they should mention more clearly is the total duration can take from 90 days upto 4 months depending on when the pickup and customs clearance. Otherwise everything else was handled very professionally.
