I have used Universal Relocation the third time now for my local in state moving. Previously used for international moving. Last two times I had a wonderful experience and it was done during the peak Covid time. Packing was done properly and everything came in one piece and on time. This time I used for interstate moving, some of the pros and cons listed below: Pros: 1. Easy to talk with sales team. Available always on what’s app and call for all questions. 2. Financial and sales team communicate well on emails regarding invoices, insurance. The process is well put through. 3. Safe and secure moving. No need to worry about stuff lost. 4. They come on time as promised. CONs: 1. Packing was done in a hurry with just two people. They could have used less boxes; for example. Few boxes had just two or three items and mostly empty. Lot of paper stuffed inside the boxes to increase the quantity of boxes. I ended up paying more than 1500$ for extra boxes. There were plenty of sheets and comforters which could have been used for padding. 2. Same with unpacking. It was done in a hurry because the crew had another job same day. Most of the stuff packed in different boxes. Wires and connecting cables not named and just rolled in paper. I had to spend days finding what is where. 3. Had to follow up few times on the dates as there was a hiccup on the date change because the dates for pickup sent on what’s app did not match the document date. But the delivery manager was quick to confirm the date change. Lesson learnt is keep email communication even if things get confirmed on what’s app. If they can train their crews in packing and using less materials then I would give 5 stars. Lastly I will definitely recommend Universal for local and international moves. I will use them again for my next move. Highly recommend. Great job!

I did international moving. Had a wonderful experience. I was really worried at the beginning cuz of all the furniture and stuffs going through such a long trip. But surprisingly they all arrived in a month and there's zero damage!!! The company do weekly updates, you are able to track where the cargo is locating. They will do all the work including unpacking, moving, maybe some simple assembling work and they will also take away all the trash. It's such a nice experience!! I highly recommend it.
