Delivery boy did not deliver it at the door
I recently used their services for shipping my stuff from the US to India. The entire process was hassle free for a very reasonable cost. All my goods were delivered safely, including the fragile items with the original packaging intact. They also communicate very frequently via mail to keep us updated on the status, which saves us a lot of stress.

They have taken care of the entire move quite well. Though there has been an overall delay in the shipment delivery, they have kept me informed on all the various steps in the transit and the associated delays.i used to get an email frequently informing where the shipment is and what are the next steps. Even for the home delivery, they called me and asked for a suitable time for the shipment delivery. Lastly, after the delivery, Sandhya has been extremely diligent and patient enough in following up with me until I confirmed that all my items ar intact.
I am super impressed with the service, follow up and communications that Universal delivered. It was for a span of 3 months I got being notified about status and made real difference- for me to have peace of mind. Also the condition of package delivered was much better than domestic delivery. Being overseas i expected the carton box to be disfigured but surprisingly it was as much in original form. Good job! World class service. Thanks a ton team!

The over all experience was great and seemless. Everything was handled door to door and no issues in between. The only thing I felt little unprofessional was when I tipped the delivery guys they demanded for more. I also lost airpods in the package.
Got my parcel without any issues. I would say they are very professional and proactive in communicating things upfront. Satisfied with their service. I would like to mention Sini who helped me during the final stage of parcel delivery and she followed with me till I get and inspect my parcels.

This has been a horrible experience with Universal Relocations. My items have been sitting in storage since AUGUST. And I was NEVER TOLD. Someone should have messaged to tell me my items arrived. Someone should have told me they were moved in storage. Someone should have told me I'm being charged, and how much. Someone should have been following up with the agency in Dubai. Someone should have set plans in motion to move my items a long time ago. For some reason, they just can't get it together to contact the original agency for some type of documentation. It's not my job to do all these follow ups. They don't seem to understand how to properly conduct business. The customer should not be doing these things. This has been a nightmare of an experience with a moving company.
