I have used Universal Relocations to send 15 boxes to India in several shipments over the years. And, they have done it professionally from the beginning till the end. From proposal to delivery, they have been meticulous. I did not lose even a single box nor was anything damaged. Once there was a damage, but it was because of my bad packing. Every one including Balaji, Madhusudan, Krishna, Shyamala and most of all Sini have been exceptional at every stage. This was the last shipment I sent and now I am in India. However, they have all become friends and are only a phone call away even if I am not sending anything anymore. Excellent company which I recommend to anyone considering moving to India.

We wanted to shift our materials from India to the UK upon relocation and we approached Universal relocations. Although we paid all the money upfront in February, we have not been given any update on our shipment yet. I am honestly appalled by the lack of system and process. We are totally dependent on a single person for communication and not to an organisation. There is no complaint escalation mechanism, no way to address issues, no tracking mechanism, no timelines they adhere to. Its been 4 weeks since the only response we are getting on ou shipment is ' we will inform you in a week' and the week never comes. Totally disturbed and I feel the company is not trustworthy. Hope this is a one of experience, because those needing relocation services pay a huge amount for this, and getting such a response is heartbreaking. Wouldnt recommend this agency to anyone at all. Sorry I had to vent out because I tried all other way. (Still awaiting my shipment after 3 months!)

I sent 2 shipments of about 15 boxes from the US to India thru Universal relocations. They handled both the shipments very well and I got all the boxes in great shape. The customer service is excellent. The staff is very friendly and prompt. I spoke to the staff in the US and in India and at both locations, they were very helpful and knew their job well.
