User-friendly website; fast delivery; well packed. And very happy with the lamp.

Everything seemed to be ok (shipment on time..)but I don’t have yet my product as my parcel is lost and no possibilities to make any claim towards the carrier. I sent 2 mails to Umage and no news till now. Hope hearing from Umage really soon.

I called the client service several times and receive no answer in order to exchange my order. I am really disappointed by the lack of commercial sense.

We orders new leafs to our carmina lamps and that worked very easily and smooth. But the reason for ordering i new leafs is the old ones only lasted 5 years. We hope these new will last lounger.

The transformer/driver I ordered arrived faulty. I wrote to the company twice, but no response received. The company doesn't deliver to the UK, though their sell the product in the UK, soI had to collect the product from Germany. Very complicated. If it wasn't specific driver for my light I needed, I wouldn't even bother with this company.

... und ein erstklassiger Kundenservice. Ich habe mir vor kurzem das Audacious Sideboard (Anrichte) zukommen lassen, welches leider nicht mehr in der gewünschten Farbe erhältlich war. Dieses wurde daraufhin, nach Abstimmung, mit einem Rabatt als entgegenkommen dafür in einer leicht anderen Farbe geliefert. Das Paket kam nach kurzer Zeit, ohne Beschädigungen an und war sehr gut verpackt. Die Verarbeitung hat meine Erwartungen komplett übertroffen und es schaut aufgebaut sogar noch besser aus, als auf den Bildern. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Einkauf bei Umage!

Nous avons commandé un buffet audacious. Suite à notre relance, nous avons appris que l’article est “out of stock” et disponible dans environ deux mois. Un geste commercial était proposé et nous avons eu raison de l’accepter. Puisque le buffet est original, très joli et beaucoup plus joli en vrai que sur les photos d’ailleurs, facile à monter et de très bonne qualité. Mention très bien aussi pour le délai et le service de livraison. Très satisfaits de notre achat

Das Packet wurde an die falsche Adresse geschickt. Obwohl die Lieferadresse genau angegeben wurden war. Dies passiert nicht zum 1x, sagt mir der Herr, welcher ich am Telefon hatte

Jeg har tre lamper, som er køb for cirka 3-4 år siden. To af lamperne er pæne (Alva). Grandkogle-lampen (conia, hvid) er helt skør i plastikken selv om den har hængt uden for direkte sollys. Skuffende kvalitet.

Purchased the one more look mirror. Detailed, easy to follow instructions for assembly and wall hanging. I’m a bit of a novice at such things and found it very easy to do. Love the magnets - great, innovative idea. Very pleased with my purchase - a lovely addition to my hallway.

Always been happy about Umage

I ordered 4 time flies chairs from the online store. After I received an order confirmation, nothing happened for a week. After I asked, they canceled my order and told me that the chair was currently out of stock. When I asked when it would be back in stock, the answer only came after many days. They referred me to the information on the homepage. The chair is listed as available there. All in all, I consider this to be very poor customer service with an apparently out-of-date homepage. I still haven't got the chairs. I am totally dissatisfied with the service.

The quality of the product is excellent. The delivery was made in normal time and the packaging of the product in full Danish style: essential and elegant. There were also some seeds for planting as a gift.

We have Umage table lamp in red but I don’t manage to get it standing straight. It was always leaning against the wall but now that I disassembled it to try and fix the problem the part that you rotate seems to be not working well. Do you have tips how I could fix it?

It think, as a customer, you really experience the quality of Umage. It’s starts with the well thought out packaging and ends with the product(s) itself. We ordered two Astoria wall lamps and it’s exactly how we envisioned it to be. Always a pleasure to find something special.

It was easy to scroll through the photos in the webshop, the payment was fast and efficient, and it only took two days before the lamp arrived. The packing was excellent and the instruction booklet easy to follow. I am enjoying the light from the lamp (always a bit of an issue when buying on the net). So all in all, it couldn't be better. I won't hesitate to buy from umage.com again.
